Test Chambers

Postby polyedit2000 » Wed Mar 20, 2013 11:28 am

This part of the forum looked empty, so I decided to put something here.

Anyway, in this game, the current poster will solve the current room's puzzle and describe the next room's puzzle. The next poster will solve that puzzle and then describe the next room.

Some rules before we begin, though:

1. We control the only person in the room. Whatever happens to that person carries over in the next test. Similarly, that person is the only life form besides plants.

2. The person by default is wearing a skintight suit without pockets. Puzzles must be solved by using the person and/or the stuff in the room.

3. Point out if a tool appears in the game. Examples include Portal Gun and Companion Cube. There is no need to use the tools in every room after.

4. There will be barriers that will eradicate items unique to the room. That means you cannot bring the tools to the next puzzle room.

---

Tools:
White Com-Bot- A human-like robot that follows the user's mental commands.

---

Let's begin with a simple puzzle. There is a balloon in the center of the room. It is as big as a beach ball and is filled with human breath, meaning that it doesn't float. As there is nothing else in the room, your task is to pop the balloon.

*To pop it, the subject uses a wall and rushes into it at great speed with the balloon in front to pop it. That fails at first because of her petite mass, so she goes with teeth. Biting a piece of it, balloon pops easily.*

----

*Next room has a black wood box with another balloon inside, but no keys in sight. The only things to use to pop it are a thin wire and a knife.*

The subject managed to saw into the box using the knife. When the hole was just big enough, she planned to use the wire, but then realized she had a knife and just poked it.

---

Now, the next test...was probably more in tune to this site. There was a block in the center of a 4-by-4 foot tarp with something sticky on the upside. The tarp seems to at least show that there was an outline on the floor. There was another square outline on the floor at least 10 feet away. The goal for this room was to get the block from its current position to that other square.

The subject had a pretty nice idea of what to do, but she was not gonna like it: She stepped back a bit, then rushed, jumped over the trap outline and made a handstand on the box, then used the momentum, to jump away of the trap. It worked pretty well until she made a bad spin and fell face first over the edge of the trap. Good thing was her mouth and nose were fine. Bad thing was her upper face was now sticky and her eyes were closed shut due to this. She managed to get off the trap easily, but took a while to get to the other square given she was blind and couldn't wipe the thing of his face with her hands stuck to the box. She managed to unstuck her hands from the box when reaching the other square, but her palms got stuck onto each other*

----

This test is kinda simple: five jelly shapes (square, circle, triangle, cross, star) must be placed in four holes (square, circle, cross, triangle). The trick is that the star shape is a trap that, in touch with the subject's suit, will stuck to it and pump it up a bit, making it harder to move.

The subject has succesfully entered the room, it puts in all of the forms except the star, as she touches it she find herself a little bit blown up since the effect took in. She pushed the form into the holder and smiled as the star fitted. The effect was now gone.

--

The next part is also simple there were 6 different colored stones in the room , 4 of them suddenly floated away in any directions and had to be taken back. If the subject puts them in a wrong way then she will get shocked.

The subject located the four stones and placed them in the colors of the rainbow.

Well, she hoped it was in the colors of the rainbow, because she was apparently blind and glue-mitted from a few rooms ago. She got it right after what was her eighth shock, which was not fun.

----

Fortunately, it seems these test rooms gave appropriate cues when one was disabled in a way. There were three shower faucets in this one, and each had a button that she could push to activate it. However, there were also three tanks above her, and the tubes wove with each other that she would had a hard time tracking them if she could see.

The shower stall she wanted was the one that released solvent that would release the solvent that would get rid of the glue. The other contained an acid that, while not deadly, would threaten to remove her clothes and the glue. The third contained a rubbery coating that would not be affected by the solvent or acid in this room.

Given her blindness, she had it harder to go, but she settled with the first one she could find, which actually worked on free her hands and face... and her arms... and her legs... and her torso. Yep, she got the one with the acid and by the time she got herself aware of it, she was totally naked, as the she got a pretty while on the shower.

----

Next test involved five doors. in front of the doors, there were scattered post sign, each claiming a certain type of surprise behind the door: a bee, a cat, a mask, a straitjacket and a catsuit. The surprise is one of five suits: one bee themed, one cat themed, one a China Mask Chinese style suit, the other one a full body SJ and the last one was a copy of her former suit. Also, the suit was gonna be forced on her as soon as she picks up a door. She ignored all this, of course and she had no idea where does each post sign belongs...

The subject picked up one of the signs and tried to match it with a door. However, it appears that these signs weren't even installed. Frustrated, the subject went through the center door.

---

Decked in a bee costume, the subject considered this next room. Some sort of white mannequin with some sort of simple command pad on its back. There seems to be instructions written on the back:

WHITE COM-BOT

1. This unit cannot pass emancipation grids. It will be destroyed.

2. This unit can accept mental commands.

3. This unit has the specifications matching a standard human. It cannot break down walls.

It seems that the current room was divided in half by a large wall of glass. In the subject's half of the room was a lever. On the other side of the glass wall was the mentioned Com-Bot and another lever. Both levers seem to open the door on the subject's side.

The subject tries to move her lever, but it won't bulge if the other one doesn't move at the same time. She focuses on making the robot listen her command. It works. She tries to make it follow his movements by thinking on each of them as she does. It takes a while, but both work together and manage to move the levers in tandem, making the door open .She waves at the robot who replies as she runs into the exit

----

Next room has a key inside a plastic hamster labyrinth and a magnet. There's a marked exit on the end of one of the tubes.

((Been quite a while. Anyway, if you can't solve a puzzle, make it clear that it was an attempt so that the other person could try to solve it.))

The subject tries to disassemble the hamster maze without luck. Once she sees the magnet, however, she wanted to smack her head. The subject first glides her hand across the maze, then with a path in mind, she uses the magnet to drag the key through the plastic corridors.

After a few dead ends, the subject manages to get the key out and leave the room.

---

In the next test, a tube of glass slammed over her, and she could see a sheet of latex moving slowly above her. A quick look around the room shows a control panel near the tube and a White Com-Bot in a corner of the room, and a door after she escapes this situation. She also saw some more written instructions:

In ninety seconds, you will be completely cocooned in rubber. It has already been proven that neither human nor Com-Bot can tear this rubber.

We will also install contacts to allow you to see through the Combot's eyes.

However, it seems one piece of information was missing. Was she supposed to wait here and get the Combot to carry her to the next room, or was she supposed to escape the tube and walk out of the room?

The sheet is slowly coming. The subject looks at the combot and at the controls and mentally tries to make it open the tube as happened before, but before it could happen, the rubber sheet gets on her and cocoon her. She can see by the robot's eyes, however and decides to try and make the robot open the tube. As soon as that happens, she uses the robot to try and get to the door, but there's a grid that will destroy it before they make it to the door and she need the robot to see.

----

Current situation: Subject is rubbered and can't get free by herself or by using the Com-bot; Com-Bot can't carry her beyond the grid and the door lays a bit beyond said grid; The girl can see by the Com-bot's eye only and she needs those eyes to get to the door into the next challenge, but she also need how to open the door...

The subject commands the robot to open the door and throw her through the doorway into the next room.

---

In this room the subject must still see through the Robot's eyes, however, the bot is fixed to the ground next to the entrance. Across the room is the door, but in order to get to it the subject must cross three moats. The farthest moat, the one closest to the exit, is filled with a solvent that will dissolve the rubber she is now coated with. The middle moat is filled with a different kind of rubber that cannot be dissolved in the solvent, but will allow the use of her legs. The closest moat is filled with solvent to dissolve her current rubber coating, but will make her very slippery, and one would have to be careful not to slip and fall. The rubber she is now wearing will not allow her to drown. Each moat has a 'bridge' in the form of a very narrow board.

Noticing that the robot couldn't move, the subject studied the center bridge and wormed her way towards there. After all, the bridges were the same, but the center felt like a safe bet. However, the outside view made it difficult to coordinate her movement, so she fell into the moat after a few feet.

The subject notes that she is able to use her legs, and manages to push herself up to her feet. Even though she is without hands, the subject dares not attempt to try the other moats and heads towards the exit.

---

In this next test, the subject notes she can see through another White Com-bot and confirms that it can move. She sees a treadmill and a glass booth with a cable connecting the two devices.

The treadmill has a belt-and-strap attached to its handles, and it seems that it is engineered to provide power while the treadmill is moved.

This power will lift the door of the glass booth, and in the glass booth, there is a button an arm's reach above the head that should open the exit. However, it also seems that if the glass booth's door is not powered, its door will close.

The subject sees the deal and finds herself in a dead end: If she has the robot opening the door from the booth, she may not be able to get out of the treadmill due to the strap; if she has the robot using the treadmill, she won't be able to reach the button, as well as having a jumpy vision due to the bot's jumping while running.

She has a hope, however, so she tries it: she orders the robot to help her get onto the treadmill and strap her up, then go to the booth and go for the button as she runs to open the door. The robot presses the button once inside and the exit door opens. She commands her to release the button to see if the exit door would remain open... It does!

The robot is ordered to exit the glass room, then unstrap her as she uses the robot's eyes to move towards the exit.

Without her running the treadmill, the glass door closes, but that doesn't matter since the exit is open.

---

Again, the test subject finds that the robot is fixed once more, looking from the entrance. She sees three doors, and she could guess that they would lead into the next room. After studying the symbol on each door, she figured they each release a solvent:

Head: This would remove the rubber around her head, granting her vision once more. However, everything from the neck down would remain sealed, so her arms won't be free.

Hands: This would remove enough rubber so that she could resume using her arms. However, she guesses that she would still have to depend on "robot vision" if she goes that way.

Head and Hands: This would free up her hands and head. However, it seemed too good, and she wasn't sure if it would remove all the rubber or add rubber in other areas.

The subject goes to the head and hands door, because she wants to get free from having to see in third person. Unluckily, she gets her head and hands saved, but her body is not: her legs are into a mermaid rubber tail that mixes with an rubber turtleneck shirt in one single outfit. Her head and hands are free, though.

----

Fittingly, next room's a pool with only two entrances, one near her and the other one near the exit. Between both entrances, there's a glass pane, where another Com-Bot is resting. This Com-Bot seems to be outfitted in a scuba suit that is both stuck to it and unfitting the subject's current situation. The entrances are connected by a submarine labyrinth. Inside of it, there are five levers. Each lever opens a door that matches the letter: ABCDE. However, each lever also closes another door with the respective letters and those are all over the place, so it may be hard to do. The path is: Open A, lever B, lever A, closed B, closed A, lever C, open B, closed C, closed B, open C, open D, lever D, closed D, lever E, closed E.

A lot of trial and error lead to figuring out the underwater maze. She came up on the other side gasping for air and shivering. She pulled herself over to the door and fell through to the next challenge.

---

The next challange consisted of a small balancing scale on the opposite end. The scale appeared to have a heavy weight on one side and a glass container on the other side. In order to open the door, it appeared that one must balance the scale.

After a few moments, something else appeared: the wall in the room opened up a hidden door to reveal - another test subject! This one was male, and completely immobilized in steel and heavy-leather restraints. The only flesh that was exposed was his genitals.

Attempting to free the male proved impossible with how the restraints were arranged. Still, to distract herself, the subject looked at the puzzle for the key.

It seems that, just by pressing her hand over the jar, she could trigger the exit when the scale was balanced, but of course, the exit closes when she takes her hand of. Then she figured she could try to take the weight and jar off and see if the exit opens up once the scales are aligned...

---

Current situation:

The subject is seeing if this workaround will open up the exit.

The weight appears immovable from the contraption, however the jar can be moved. A pity since it doesn't seem to take much weight at all to steadily balance the mechanism. The subject would have to find or provide something to fill the jar with. The only other entities in the room were her and the male subject.

The subject has no choice seeing that she couldn't produce that much spit. She brought the jar with her and began to grab the dick and rub it back and forth making sure that the liquid went into the jar. She decided to fill the whole jar in one go and make adjustments from there.

...And when she got the jar filled up, she turned around, but it looks like Mr. Mysterious had vanished.

---

Crawling through the door, the subject sees a big pool with glass walls; she had three choices and all choices required going under the submerged glass so she would have to get her whole body wet.

The lane on the left was filled with solvent that should get rid of all the rubber on her. The middle path and right path were also clear, but the center path was a recombobulator liquid that would transform the rubber and put her into something similar to a scuba suit with flippers on her feet. The right path was an enhancer and would make the rubber on her grow until she was an armless mermaid of sorts.
