The light of the right podium (Quick Ball) lit up green, but the lights of the other podiums lit up red. It seems you got two of them wrong.
The two podiums that indicated that they had the wrong plushies ejected the Dive Ball and Luxury Ball plushies.

Sure enough, you switched the Luxury Ball and the Dive Ball around. Sure enough, the answer is correct.
If it were the first or second level, I would have ended there, but I need an additional challenge. The podiums retracted. In their place, four more podiums emerged. Then, some plushies appeared: one of Munchlax, one of Stoutland, one of Regice, and one of Happiny. The task? "Order these Pokemon from lowest to highest base HP."
