"Just a general idea," Rawurrah replied. "They were sent into the mines after pickaxes couldn't lop the slime off, so we should go there~ I'm assuming it's the same deal for those other drawings put on that board over there~" Rawurrah pointed over to the board of drawings the goblins put up.

The party of three made their way to the mines a way down the trail. After entering the darkly lit tunnels of rock, it was easy to determine that this was the right mine as there were a number of intact pickaxe heads and survived metal parts of weapons, with hints of dried blue slime covering them.

"This seems to be the right place." Rawurrah picked up a pickaxe head, then pried a piece of blue slime off of it. "Hmm... Well, we know this guy will be blue..." Rawurrah said. "The slime residue is a little too old to decipher how far it is from here." Rawurrah then turned to the other members of the party. "We should proceed with caution. That slime could be anywhere in this cave."

"I recall the adorable tavern owner saying that the miners tried fighting off the slime problem themselves," Rawurrah replied. "This pile of rubbish must be from that time. Although seeing as how miners gather rocks, I'm thinking a geophagic slime like the one we'll need to keep an eye out for goes where it can get its food most easily."

As the party delved deeper into the mines, it seems that they reach a section that seemed to be different, almost like entering a different set of mines just by the shape of the tunnels. There seems to be crates nearby containing bottles of dried roots and colorful liquids, some clearly used.

Sean, rather stupidly, poured some of the liquid on his hand. “DO YOU EVEN KNOW IF THATS STUFFS SAFE?” Lena wrote in her notebook.

The liquid was vicious and sticky, almost like glue, and it had a particularly sweet smell. In this world, the smell was the signature of the Gummi Tree, and while the nectar from its blossoms are harvested for healing potions, the other parts like the fruits or sap were more readily known for their adhesive properties. However, Gummi Trees tend to grow more in plain-like areas down south.

"It should be safe," Rawurrah replied. "Why did you think people bottled the stuff in the first place? Although the crates tell me this had to have been imported... In that case, what's an imported supply of Gummi Tree extracts doing here?"

Considering that this place is a web of tunnels, perhaps it's best to explore with an objective in mind. Here's what can be considered so far:
-There is a slime inside this mine. The miners think it is a rock-eater slime that can eat metal.
-A party of adventurers went looking for said slime. The metal parts of their weapons left behind is most likely theirs.
-Crates full of ingredients including sap from another region. But why are they in a mine?
