The speed reduction made May's Crobat slower than the Galvantula, but still faster than Beedrill starting after Mawile's next move.
((I did the math; 296*2/3=196; vs Beedrill's 187 in speed.))

"Rats..!" May reached into her bag and pulled out two Paralyze Heals. She tossed one to Analise and used the other on her Crobat.

Both crobat and mawile were healed from the paralasys
Mawile used draining kiss on the spider and defeated it leaveing jsut the beedrill
The beedrill used cut on crobat.

Mawile's HP should be restored a little by the Drain Kiss.
That being said, May had Crobat use Air Cutter. This time, since there's only one Pokemon, the damage wouldn't be split. Yeah, moves like that are a bit weird in double battles as opposed to single battles.
