Kink Talk could be seen as small RPs, but would generally not include much story-building.  Perhaps you just want to spend some time walking around in a straitjacket or you want to test the next bondage innovation.  This could be a meeting of characters you usually or rarely use, or even use the I/you senses.  And if all you want to do is just play with yourself, we'll see how it goes.

That's not to say this is a rule-less forum.  You may have to set some guidelines for how these Kink Talks go.  For instance, running a mummy-hospital could allow people to submit many characters to be wrapped, but wrapping nurses require permission between players and canon nurses don't automatically gain that protection.
