Barbara followed Eddie's advice and opened the match schedule.

Her match was scheduled against lindsay soon.

Lindsay didn't seem too smart, however, one shouldn't forget that she was a veteran of competitive TV shows, while Barbara was still only a novice.
Therefore, the barbarian girl decided to go to the gym and practice a little before the upcoming match.

Garnet headed back to her dorm. "Yo, Hairdresser and Flag Girl. Here's a joke for ya. Imagine a dumb ahh mofo offering you $3 to kidnap someone like a bleeding choosing beggar. The cashier at the Maccas I went to made easier money than that dealing with annoying customers on a 9 to 5!"

Hairdistresser woke up late and dashed out of bed. “IM UP IM UP! Sorry what was that…”

Lindsay asked barbera. “Where are you going troll lady??.”

“I'm not a troll. In fact, my image is based on barbarians who fight trolls as well. However, it doesn't matter. I'm going to go to the gym and get some exercise. Would you like to join me?”

“Sure they probably have a cameraman there.”

“The cameraman? But why ?" - Barbara asked, as they walked to the gym.

The airhead shrugged. “I want them to get my good side.”

Garnet chuckled. "Imagine being offered $3 to kidnap someone. Like, you can't make that crap up. A lot of fast food places around here are hirin' for at least $12 an hour just to try and get someone on board."

Barbara and Lindsay went to the gym.
“That's what I'm interested in,” Barbara said, “In this strange version of wrestling, the contestants have to tie each other up, fight in a bound form, and try to break free of the bonds right during the fight. These are very atypical athletic skills. Let's see if there are any special training sessions for all this.”

Lindsay walked up to a treadmill and began walking on it…without turning it on first…

“It seems you forgot something,” Barbara tried to hint. She had already realized that Lindsay was not very smart and quick-witted, but so far she had no idea how neglected everything was.

“Oh yeah i forgot to turn it on…could you help me?”

[Bound cat]

“No problem, my friend," Barbara turned on the treadmill.

Thanks.” She said with a smile


Back with garnet, hairdreesser asked her. “If he offered you more money would you have done it?”

"If it were orders of magnitude more than $3, probably. The fines here for kidnapping are, like, at least $10k or somethin', especially considering doing so for a sponsorship sounds like a ransom deal."

"Probably that bozo at it again..." Garnet got up, then walked up to the door in her (and by extension Mother America and Hairdistresser's) dorm. She then picked up the envelope, then opened it up.
