"I think I could carefully sneak past these cobwebs and look for nuggets in this room. Surely in this game, the higher the risk, the greater the reward," Julia told Lena. Or we can just stay here and focus on mining rocks.

“The only question is, who should we target when we lose?,  im thinking Nicole , she doesn’t even wanna be here!”

"To be honest, I'm not very good at intrigue.I prefer competitions and challenges. But if we're talking about who to exclude from our team first, then I would choose Lindsay. It doesn't look like she even knows where she is," Jane said.

Julia stared at the spider in surprise, "You must be joking. I thought there would be little spiders here, not fucking Shelob! Do you think it's an animatronic, Lena?"

“But shes a veteran, she knows her way aroudn this game then we do, keeping her might be useful in a freak chance, Nicole is probably going to be dead weight.” Violet added


Lena shook her head.

"Maybe you're right. But Nicole is a dark horse who can prove herself as a strong participant. In any case, it's better if our team just doesn't lose," Jane said.

"This spider looks too realistic," Julia admitted. "But regardless of whether he's real or not, I think Harley's words about how he can quickly entangle us in a web are true. Therefore, it's better for us to get away from the spider and closer to the exit."

It would take Lindsay a bit, but Lindsay managed to get the chunk of banded limestone out of there. "Yay~!" Then... Lindsay started pushing the limestone towards the exit. Yeah, she's going to have to explain why, when everyone mined gemstones, she brought out a freaking limestone monolith.

Speaking of the others, Heather facepalmed.

"Those morons on the other team are really wasting their time if they keep Lindsay around," Heather said. "That girl wouldn't know what a brain cell is if it hit her in the head.

"Okay, so new plan," Heather said. "Those spiders are clearly a sign that we got enough. I suggest you and I make a full retreat. Depending on the gemstone, their value per carat alone should be enough to allow the two of us to net a win for the team."
"Right." Gwen and Heather started making their way towards the exit, albeit slowly so they don't bother the spiders.

Lena tightly grabbed julias hand and high tailed it.


The spider was just about to web lindsay… only for nicole to be wrapped up with only her head exposed. “Ugh! Violet carry me!” Violet lifted nicole up and signaled lindsay and jane to leave the cave. “Ugh, leave that statue alone blondie, it is slowing us down!”

"Ughh...!" Lindsay, being absentminded, kept pushing the monolith (which is literally a huge brick) until she decided... "Maybe if I..." Lindsay started to try flipping the monolith around. It... Is a slow process, but at least it's faster than just pushing. But yeah, there she goes with the limestone monolith.

Heather and Gwen, knowing what's best, already are heading towards the exit.

Lindsay, clearly taking too long, got webbed by the spider the same way as Nicole. “FUCK!, Jane you take her!” Violet swore.

Violet (and nicole) shared their thoughts on the confessional.

“Like, she KNOWS thats not worth anything right! Like thirty bucks, i saw lena she got at least a hefty 200” violet protested

“Violet, if im being serious me and lindsay were targeting you first but no! Get her outta here!” Nicole said still wrapped up like a burrito.

Lena continued to grab julia and ran towards the exit.

Nicole tried to chew her way out of the webbing but to no avail.

In fact, Julia didn't need to be dragged by the hand at all. She was a brave girl, but she soberly assessed the situation and realized that she was unlikely to cope with such a huge spider (and it doesn't matter if it's an animatronic or a real live mutant spider). So she ran to the exit with Lena.

Jane hoisted the mummified Lindsey onto her shoulder and ran with her to the exit. Of course, she didn't even think to bring the limestone monolith with her.

Eventually both teams made it out, giselle went to inspect their earnings. “Well rapsberrys you got lucky, you got some valuable stuff (a worthless brick monolith though)… Buuuut, lena’s earnings give the winter greens the win.”

"Woohoo! Well done, Lena!" - Julia rejoiced.

"Well, it was a fair win. Although for my taste, this challenge was too much dependent on luck," Jane admitted without much enthusiasm.
