Freeze Suits

A Freeze Suit is made of a very stretchy rubber so people can enter this suit through the mouth-hole.  However, the rubber reacts to body heat by tightening and hardening until no movement is possible. This effect is not permanent as the suit and wearer can be placed in a cold place like a freeze to negate the heat reaction and allow movement and possibly removal.  The Freeze Suit is accompanied by a special plug that wedges against the rubber sleeve inside the mouth, which would make removal impossible without specialized tools.

In the early days, it wasn't uncommon for people to want to get involved with "art installations" like these.  The anonymity provided by the suits prove to be a downside as neither the wearer's friend nor the volunteer can identity the girls and the volunteer cares more about packing these "statues" away.
