((1. Levitation and teleportation exist because Dawn had displayed them in the show itself, the former in Episode 1 of Season 4, and the latter in Episodes 1 and 5 of the same season. Telepathy is just a natural evolution of Dawn's pre-existing psychic abilities over the course of the 15 year time gap between TDI 2007 and TDI 2023. Christine Thompson, one of the producers of Total Drama, even believed Dawn had telekinesis.
2. The Pokemon reference was just Camilla insulting one of your characters.
3. Again, this is the Total Drama universe, therefore by default Pokemon don't exist. The best explanation for hypnotic creatures in-universe would be the mutated creatures from Season 4, which they would have gotten from Boney Island.

Stop trying to inject Pokemon into the world just because you couldn't be bothered to do any amount of research into the Total Drama series! If you want Pokemon, start up a new RP thread based on the Pokemon series. It'll do you more favors.))

((1. Hisbrain only vaguely said "hypnotic creatures". He didn't specify any Pokemon AT ALL. He could have very well been referring to the mutated creatures of Boney Island, or the robotic creatures from Pahkitew Island, something that fit Total Drama's world. You're the one who thought bringing Pokemon into this mess was a good idea.
2. Both Hisbrain and I brushed the Koffing off as a DELUSION. We had to very strongly pawn your Pokemon off as a FAKE just to continue the plot, with Hisbrain having Camilla laugh off and then outright ignore the very presence of a Pokemon and me having Dawn outright state that Jemma is delusional from the island taking its toll on Jemma, pawning the purple ball off as a hallucination.

Stop trying to inject Pokemon into a world where they DON'T EXIST! Hypno is fake, Koffing is fake, ALL POKEMON DON'T EXIST IN THE TOTAL DRAMA WORLD! Do not bullshit any more excuses about it, either accept that Pokemon don't exist, or get out of the RP.))
