Leslie watched the tornado then looked at the map . “The way back yo the lair should be east”

"So what are we waiting for?" - Zelda asked.

"Huh. That simple?" Alice asked.

Lealie noticed the map had a couple of skulls on it “i wonder if those mean traps”

"One way to find out..." Alice went eastward.

As the girls moved eastward the tornado disbanded and a tv screen extruded from the wall

Alice stopped as soon as she heard a whirring sound. "Hmm?"

((In case you ask, the TV appearance looked like it would be a hook I was supposed to take.))

"Okay, what is it this time?" - Zelda stopped too and turned to the tv screen

The tv screen showed a barren table with audio of analise talking “hopefully you do as i planned” and handcuffs clinking it sounded like dawn was in trouble

"Just as I expected..." Alice said in a deadpan tone.

Though not seen, Dawn said to Analise, "Erm, what are you talking about?"

The tv screen shut down leading leslie to worry. “We gotta get outta here fast i think we should take the pool again.” The pool was eastside anyway

"So much for a bout of exposition." Alice said. Alice ran along.

"So, what is it that you're planning here?" Dawn put her hands behind her back.

Zelda shrugged and followed the other two girls. Being in this stupid desert, they couldn't help the Dawn anyway. If she needed help at all.

“Easy i was a once a powred individual like you who had super speed my father was an inventor who noticed criminals with powers comitting frimes and getting away with them so he developed a toxin that could permently strip away powers but it was never finished just then a criminal used his power to burn my dads lab with him still in i breathed in the todin and lost my power…”

"Mmm... That's harsh." Dawn replied. "A neurotoxin that numbs biological links to superpowers. I find it quite paradoxical that it nullifies superpowers yet leaves you a completely healthy individual otherwise." With her hands behind her back still, Dawn looked at Analise. "I'm sorry for the loss of your father. I must ask... Is all this an effort to regain what you once had?"

Analise sighed “it is and im afraid nothing is convincing me other wise oh and im not completely healthy the toxin tightened the muscles in my legs so with the added fact that my power is gone i cant even run for 3 minutes without getting a cramp.”

"Perhaps there is a way..." Dawn turned towards Analise fully. "My party. One of the members, a brunette named Alice, never had any superpowers to begin with, which would mean the toxin would have no supernatural effect on her. Perhaps she might serve as a starting point to a potential antidote."

Analise sighed “its not my powers i want back its my father if i learned one thing is that powers can install fear and hatred”

"Under the wrong hands, they would. The same can be said about the neurotoxin. There is nuance on both sides of the coin." Dawn then looked up. "Think about it like this... If your father's toxin was developed for the good of the world, why use it for a less-than-savory purpose? All that really does is get law enforcement and wannabe heroes to invade your home, forcing the cycle to repeat itself."

Anslise sighed and began handcuffing the moonchild “your wrong all of you powered people are wrong”



Meanwhile back at the desert the girls made it to the pool
