"There are some limitations. What you and I are wearing are on Typesuit Is. All runners start with Typesuit Is by default. At this stage, your moves and abilities are at their weakest, but as you evolve your Typesuit, it will get more powerful and you may get new abilities. As for losing... Well, simple. You basically 'white out' and get sent back here. Is there anything else I can help you out with?"
