KT: Rubber Cocoons
#21
Hannah would hope out into an anime convention.  It's risque enough not to question her state.  As for Kitty, it's decided that she would be lain in a fetal position into a padded suitcase with a combo lock.  For convenience, one of the goers will be "swayed" to treat the suitcase as their own until they pass Kitty's house in which they'll leave the suitcase on the porch, but for now, it'll simply be a suitcase they have no reason to open.   It goes without saying that where both girls had been before is no longer there.

New story.

You find yourself curious about a museum-jail. Why a museum-jail? As it turns out, the place imprisons people with a rubber cocoon that's attached to a computer pedestal with their exposed hair as their main identification. The computers themselves display the prisoners' information in more detail, including their crimes, additional punishment and length of time remaining.

((Well! There's a Polyedit2000 first!))

Ellody found herself in front of the museum. "A museum-jail? Odd..." Ellody said. "Don't they mean a crime museum?" It didn't take her too long to learn that... Well, the title was literal. "Oh... Hmm..." And so, Ellody looked around.

April hummed a slight tune to herself as she explored, having heard rumors about the so called museum-jail, and curiously wanting to check it out, eventually going over to one of the computers to check out the information available.

This is the record of one prisoner, a blond with an orange bow.

-Name: Lemon
-Crime: Falsifying school records
-Additional Punishment: None
-Time remaining: 3 months

The computer also seems to have buttons on it, though the only one active now is to wake her up.

While Hannah looked at one girl, Ellody went to check out one of the others: one directly across from the one Hannah was examining.

That is the record of one blonde elf prisoner.

-Name: Marcille Donato
-Crime: Dark magic
-Additional Punishment: Mana Drain
-Time remaining: 10 years

It seems like the buttons on this one is different since she's awake due to the cycle of this mana drain feature, with one active button for manual mana drain while she's above a certain threshhold.

"3 months like this just for Falsifying school records? jeez ... making you wonder what they do for actual or worse crimes" April mumbled to herself, continuing to explore, checking out some of the computers even further in.

"Dark magic is a crime?" Ellody asked. "But magic isn't real. I think these guys have logic more skewed than the typical VTuber." Ellody decided to tap the mana drain button. "Must be a LARPer or something."

Marcille shook and wiggled as the machine did its job, silently screaming into the cocoon but unable to break free of it.

Ah, that's what a computer looks like with a base that had nothing on it.

"Eep!" Ellody pressed the button again. Usually pressing the same button twice disables it in a scenario where there isn't an on-off switch.

"huh, guess they don't have many prisoners .... I wonder" April mused, seeing if she could actually enter any information in, by trying to enter random info.

Marcille seemed to calm down, though looked down where the console should be, where Ellody is. Though this is a useless gesture as if Marcille knew that there wasn't a release option by default.

April can enter information into the computer. The name and crime are straightforward. Time remaining can be set to any amount of time (even indefinite). The additional punishments, however, had different tags; some tags would add more computer buttons after they are selected.

"Uhh... Is there something you're trying to tell me?" Ellody asked.

"huh, so anyone can come in here and put someone in 'jail' for any crime?" April left the name blank for now, instead focusing on the crime, punishment and time. she decided to have a bit of fun with it and typed in, 'being a slut who wanted this' for the crime, just to see if it would work or if the machine needed an actual 'crime' while adding a low, week time limit with the punishment to add time should someone want to.

All that detail April put in is acceptable, though the options will be placed under review until verified with a keycard. The computer reminds April that a keycard would unlock several override options.

The elf seems to think that Ellody is trustworthy as she tries to look behind Lemon's stand.

Ellody seemed to get the message. She opted to walk across from Marcille, making her way over to Lemon. "Okay, so falsifying school records... That's a misdemeanor from what I've read." Then Ellody made her way behind Lemon's stand.

"heh guess that gotta have some restrictions right? hmmm, a key card huh?" April, mused to herself nodding in understand while she left the computer as if for now, beginning to curiously look around for a key card, or any signs of one, even checking some of the other computer that had people in them or around the bound girls for something.

"Oh! That's neat..." Ellody approached Marcille with the key card. "Hmm... I think you swipe it like... This?" Ellody swiped the card through the slot.
